Oslo Gardermoen Airport is the closest airport to our base in Sweden and has recently undergone an impressive refurbishment & extension. We recommend flying into Oslo Gardermoen to all of our guests.
Transfers to and from Oslo Gardermoen Airport are included in all of our package prices.
All of our transfers are undertaken by a member of our Ice Driver team in a minibuses or private vehicles.
Our base in Sweden is close to the border with Norway and our private lodge provides excellent, all inclusive full board accomodation for our guests just a few metres from the driving lake.
Our travel pages give more details on our location and lattitude, but lets just say that on a clear night, you might be lucky and see the northern lights or ‘aurora borealis’.
Our driving lake has several layouts including the drift circle and slalom course. The main circuit is created using GPS co-ordinates to our precise specification. 2 kms long and 20 metres wide. More details of our tracks on this page
When you’re finished for the day, relax in our private lodge, situated on the shores of the same vast frozen lake you’ve just been driving on and enjoy dining in the excellent restaurant or relax outdoors in the soothing heat of our sauna and hot tub.
